NOTE: If you don't have free "nationwide long distance" included in your long distance service plan, you may be charged for the access number call by your cellular phone provider. Most probably, even with the extra charge from your cell provider, you'll still save significant money on your international calls with Global Connect. You need add the cost per minute of your cellular long distance plan to the per minute rate offered by Mobile Connect to calculate the total cost per minute to call overseas.

The Global Call Connect service is available in the Continental USA, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Is this just for long distance plans with national unlimited calling plans?
No- you can dial any of 45 local numbers nationwide or a toll free access number from anywhere in the US.
What if I travel outside of my coverage area or if I travel overseas, can I still use your service?
Of course! If you are outside of your coverage area and you want to place a call, you can dial 1 800 390 2475 from any US phone, enter your 10 digit PIN number and place your calls. In case if you are in one of the 30 countries where we provide International Toll Free numbers, you can still use our service by first dialing specific International Toll Free number for the country your are in and entering your 10 digit PIN number.
How do I access the service without a PIN?
When you sign-up, you are going to give us your phone number(s) from which you will be placing your calls. They can be home, office, mobile, or any combination! When you dial the UWT access number, the system will automatically recognize your phone number and you have immediate access to the network.
How is my number recognized? Every US phone number, including yours, has a unique caller ID number. Basically, when you dial our access number the system recognizes your phone number (via caller ID) and gives you immediate access to our network.
What if the system does not recognize my phone number?
For any reason if our system does not recognize your phone number, it will ask you to enter your PIN number (this PIN number will be provided after signing up for the service).
What happens after your account is activated ?
You will receive an email with easy user instructions. Your new account information will include the your account number and PIN.
After you send your order, allow 48 business hours for account processing. A credit check and setup are required. Also, due to the large number of frauds online, you will be called by phone just to verify your order.
Will Global Call Connect work if I take my cell phone outside of the U.S.?
YES and NO -- The purpose of this calling plan is to provide U.S. cell phone users with significant discounts on international calls FROM the U.S. only . The service does not function the same way if you take your U.S. cell phone outside of the U.S. and try to use it from another country.
BUT you can use your account in one of the 30 countries where we provide International Toll Free numbers, you can still use our service by first dialing specific International Toll Free number for the country your are in and entering your 10 digit PIN number.
