++ note for India Toll Free: The Indian national operator only authorizes toll free numbers for business use. Therefore, if you order an India toll free number, a) we will assume that you intend to use this number for business, b) if you do not provide a business name, we will add the word "Enterprise" to your name and apply for the number under that name and indicate on the application that the number is for business use for "sales" and/or "customer service", c) you may receive a call from the India carrier and if asked you should tell them that you are going to use this toll free number for business "your name Enterprise"

Calls using local numbers (non-Toll Free numbers) are NOT fully paidfor by the client. The call to the local number is paid for by thecaller. The forwarding of the call from the city number to its final destination is paid for by you, the client.
Example: you have a local number in New York City, US that forwards to Shanghai, China. Your business associate calls the number from wherever he is. The caller pays for his call to New York. You, the client, pays ONLY for the call from New York City to Shanghai, China.
