Hello!  Yes, we are so far pleased with your services.  When we first signed up (3 or so years ago?) we'd had trouble receiving the return call from your computer, but when I wrote to you, the problem was solved by someone at that time named Miguel---very helpful.

I am very happy with your service and my only wish is that the service had more lines as at times all circuits are busy and toher the connection is fullof static or very hard to hear.  I have used many services and found yours to be the best.

For the most part, the system has met our expectations. We use it to separate messages by city from our team members. We use the extensions to represent the different cities. The web tool is great. The phone system is easy to maneuver through.

Our disappointment is in the lack of separate mailboxes: all the messages sit in one inbox. As a result, our supervisors must sift through the inbox for their messages (extensions). Ideally, extensions could be assigned to separate inboxes; each supervisor would have their own inbox.

I am more than happy with the service, it has really helped me in my job. I am a sales rep for a US company so I need to call very often to their offices and it is really amazing how much money I have been able to save; plus connection is always very good. I call from my cell phone and no one has ever told me they can't hear me or hear back noises.

Actually I am going to be in Costa Rica for one week and I am already looking for a way to use your service to call home in Mexico. If you can recommend me something please let me know.

Ya i am very satisfied with your service. its really good quality is very good.

The only thing is it is a bit expensive.
so if u can do anything in that regard then i am sure u will be the best provider in future in terms of quality u r best now but in terms of money not.

I m using 3 callback services ur quality is best without any doubt.
but in the other 2 services the cost is low(Ya i agree quality is not as good as ur's) but still is ok.

My wife and I are using UWT services to keep in contact with our daughter who is studying abroad in Spain.
