Yes I am still delighted with UWT, but am retired now and spend most of my year at "home" in Australia where I get very favourable rates from the local telco Optus. I still use UWT whenever I am travelling and for the three months a year we spend in Canada, but do not use you for all calls as I used to when living in Saudi Arabia.

I am quite satisfied with the service. I use my 800 callback number as a primary number used in my resumes. When I am at my "base"--- Thailand, I use the service quite a bit in its local, callback option.
 
I have had only one occasion to use  the "trouble ticket" feature to report a problem. The feedback and response was quite timely.
 
The only problem I have ever had that was not satifactorily resolved was a local, Thai based problem inwhich I had deposited cash to set up the account, followed it with conversion to a credit card based paying system, then could not ge

I initially had trouble figuring out how to get started, called your Customer Service Department and they walked me through in a friendly and helpful manner.
 
I wanted to make a conference call the other day, called your CS Dept. and they were patient in helping me to understand the process.
 
I've had a billing question, and needed an address to which payment should be posted, and once again the CS Dept. was helpful.
 
Basically, connection time, and quality of reception have been satisfactory.

I can only speak highly of your customer service. My wife is Russian and I used the service for about a year (to conduct my mail order business & stay in touch with my family) while I was there (Rostov-on-Don). She's here in America now and her mother uses it to call my wife and my wife to call her mother in Russia.

I don't know much about the technology but I assume the quality of your services are at the mercy of whatever (phone lines?) are currently in place. And whatever is currently in place in Russia is spotty. I hope to be able to use it again on my next search f

Your company's service has been VERY good.  And, considering that I had to set it up in Ghana, that speaks volumes.  In fact, the sound quality that I receive when using your service is sometimes better than that of a major carrier like AT&T (!)

Negatives?  Well, the price/minute is somewhat higher than what I was quoted (because of taxes, I think).  Secondly, there have been a few times that the computer did not call me back.

But overall, as I said, your service has been very good.
