I don't use phones much, but when I call the UK from here in the Bahamas I always use your service, as it is cheaper and the line is usually better than if I use Bahamas Telecommunications. I have used other callback companies, but UWT has been the most consistent, and the rates have been very competitive.

The service was fine. We would use it again and have recommend it to others. But we no longer live overseas and thus have little reason to make international calls.

Hello Joseph,

Thanks for you enquiry. We have been using the service for a few years
and like it. Most times it works extremely well with the dial back coming
back promptly. Occasionally a dial back seems to get lost, but this would
be only every couple of months or so.

We mostly use it to phone from here in New Zealand to the USA.

Also occasionally we get a phantom ring, probably a miss dial by another
user. This may happen once or twice a year. This is not usually a

I usually call from US to Turkey. The voice quality to landlines are generally much better than to cell phones. I occasionally get busy signal and the call sometimes drop during the conversations. Besides these, I think the service is good but not perfect.
